Technical Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for products and systems
  • Manage user queries and incidents via the ticketing system
  • Document technical issues and update the knowledge base
  • Perform routine system health checks and monitoring
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams

Administrative & Financial Management

  • Process procurement requests and manage vendor relationships
  • Track milestone payments and prepare supporting documentation
  • Monitor and update project budgets
  • Generate regular financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
