OUTREACH AND ADMISSION SENIOR EXECUTIVE
=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a secular, co-educational weekday residential program that provides academic and holistic support to promising children from low-income families. Our goal is to empower them to envision a future beyond their family circumstances.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an Outreach & Admission Senior Officer. This role involves developing outreach strategies and managing the admission process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in marketing or business development, knowledge of student recruitment, and a passion for engaging diverse communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Outreach to grow intake and develop recruitment channels
- Develop partnerships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to build a pipeline of potential scholars.
- Organize and deliver outreach events such as social media campaigns, campus tours, school visits, speaking engagements, and community workshops.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies, including talent spotter initiatives, to enhance outreach channels.
- Manage and train volunteers to support recruitment efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding =DREAMS' values and effectively communicating with prospective families.
- Handle inquiries, review applications, conduct assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Advise applicants on admission requirements, eligibility, programs, and residency criteria.
- Serve as the point of contact for new scholars and their parents during the initial induction period.
- Standardize admission processes and develop systems for storing and managing information related to scholars, partners, and talent spotters.
- Analyze data and generate reports on recruitment and outreach activities for management.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or related fields, with proven success in student recruitment.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with diverse communities, families, and professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting messages for diverse audiences.
- Strategic and operational skills to manage projects and events from start to finish.
- Self-motivated team player capable of contributing to individual and team success.
- Experience working with children, youth, or low-income families is preferred.
