Job Description
- Manage the administrative support to the key personnel in charge of student admissions (Year 1-6)
- Manage the DSA sports trials, auditions, domain testing and interviews with key personnel
- Being the contact person leading in the student admissions’ enquiries (local and overseas)
- Manage correspondence and reports with the various stakeholders involved in the Admissions process
- Manage school website updates on Admissions exercises
- Manage roadshows as well as in Open House or marketing events for the school
- Liaise with and prepare students for supporting at roadshows and outreach events
- Update processes and procedure documents for Admissions Office
- Support Dean, Engagement & Admissions, in admissions matters
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the school
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with 2 to 3 years of working experience
- Excellent Excel and Office skills and the ability to present information for management reports and during selection panel meetings
- Good PR skills along with good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and good eye for details in data management
- Problem solving skills, clear and logical thinking
- Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
- Good customer service skills with parents and students, and with the ability to build appropriate collaborative working relationships with colleagues
- Able to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality in dealing with all admissions’ issues
- Proficiency in the use of education technology or data analytics will be an advantage
- This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
