Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Follow up on all leads provided by the marketing team and other channels
Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and in-person consultations to introduce our courses and teaching advantages
Schedule student assessments, trial lessons, and campus tours
Manage the entire admissions process from first contact to confirmed enrolment
Channel Development & Student Recruitment
Actively develop personal and team recruitment channels (parent groups, school area promotions, partner organisations, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement partnership activities and lead generation campaigns
Gather market feedback and parent needs to help refine recruitment strategies
Event Support
Assist the marketing team in executing offline events (Open Houses, Education Fairs, Parent Seminars)
Handle lead registration, parent enquiries, and on-site conversions during events
Conduct timely follow-up with potential leads post-event to maximise conversions
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system
Provide weekly and monthly reports on conversion rates, client feedback, and channel performance
Analyse admissions data and recommend improvements for higher efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, course consultancy, customer service, or related roles (education industry preferred)
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written) to communicate effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
Prior experience in tuition centres, enrichment schools, or international school admissions is a plus
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and parent activities
