Assistant Manager, Outreach

As a leading business school in Singapore and globally, Nanyang Business School competes with top business schools from around the world to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds to join its graduate programmes. The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions to attract the best students to apply.
This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:- Monitor and analyse campaign outcomes to improve campaign performance- Assist the development content for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels- Assist with the planning and coordination of overseas outreach events- Support the specialised Masters programmes to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks-
- Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities- Support the budget planning and tracking of marketing expenses
Key competencies and qualifications requirements:
- Degree in any field; Business or Marketing is preferred- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience- Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing- Experience in event execution and management- Attention to detail- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently- Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills- The following competencies and attributes would be advantageous:
