The role will support Deputy Dean, and Associate Dean, Research to raise the profile of NBS’ research locally and internationally in the following areas:
**Responsibilities**

Support Content Production, Distribution and Outreach
- Support NBS’ research initiatives, programmes, and activities
- Work with research teams to develop outputs and contents for publicity and outreach
- Coordinate with research centres and divisions to understand emerging interdisciplinary themes and interests to craft and position articles and materials
- Coordinate across parties and assist in drafting of strategic proposals for research centres and cross-university initiatives
- Assist with the proof-reading and copy-editing of thought leadership articles, research insight reports and research grants
- Manage SSRN subscriptions and NBS working paper series
- Produce quality, engaging and creative contents for websites, videos, blogs, briefs and newsletters
- Manage, create and update content on webpages and social media platforms
- Ensure quality, consistency and alignment of materials and contents with NTU’s directions and NBS’s mission
- Support the External Relations team by contributing materials and content for cultivation of corporate partnerships and industry collaborations

Office Administration and Operations
- Provide secretarial support to Deputy Dean and Associate Dean, Research
- Coordinate and schedule travels, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events ; including minutes taking and distribution
- Undertake other administrative and/or related duties as assigned by Deputy Dean and Associate Dean, Research

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or relevant disciplines
- Journalistic background with prior experience in marketing or communications role will be an advantage
- Experienced in copy-editing, developing online contents and writing for the web will be a plus
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to understand, summarise and present large content volumes with attention to details
- Good knowledge of digital communication tools such as videos, webpages, blogs and social media networks
- Able to creatively generate engaging contents on various platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Good organisational skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
