1. Outreach to grow intake and develop recruitment channels
- Developing partnerships with Schools, community organisations and other stakeholders to develop an active pipeline to potential Scholars
- Curate and deliver admissions related outreach events such as social media contents, tours in campus and off
- campus, visiting Schools, speaks at events and coordinate community workshops
- Design and implement a recruitment strategy such as talent spotters initiative, to activate and strengthen the outreach channels
- Develop and manage volunteers to support recruitment efforts, providing training and guidance as needed
- To be a brand ambassador who understands the =DREAMS value proposition and appreciates individual parent and scholar needs to effectively communicate the proposition to prospective families
- Advising applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility, programmes, residency requirements and other matters related to their admission =DREAMS Campus
- Point of contact for new scholars and their parents over the initial induction period

3. Information management
- Codifying admission processes and develop a systemic way information and data is stored and managed for potential scholars, partners and talent spotters
- Analyse and produce reports for the management on scholar recruitment and outreach

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in marketing, business development or related field with knowledge in student recruitment, with a proven track record of success
- Approachable, with a pleasant disposition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting effective messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience working with primary level students and families from low-income family are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
