This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager, Admissions. As a key member of the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions team within the Undergraduate Programmes Office, you will play a critical role in supporting admissions and enhancing the prospective student experience.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing strategies and operational plans for the annual admissions process. This will include reviewing applications and recommending offers based on Nanyang Technological University Singapore's admission criteria and targets.

\

You will also oversee the admissions team to ensure efficient decision-making within the admissions timeline. In addition, you will compile, analyze, and report admissions data regularly to the Admissions Committee.

\

As the primary contact for inquiries related to admissions and student administration, you will provide excellent customer service and support outreach activities and initiatives as directed by the Assistant Director, Marketing, Outreach & Admissions.

\

Conducting industry and candidate behavior data analysis to inform marketing strategies will also be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will oversee the administration of the peer tutoring scheme, including recruitment and payments.

\

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree and intermediate proficiency in MS Excel or other data-analytics software. Proficiency in MS Office suite is also required. You must have strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, as well as the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

\

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is an outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people. At least 2 years of experience in tertiary institutions is preferred but not mandatory.

\
