This position is part of the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions team within the Undergraduate Programmes Office, responsible for supporting admissions and enhancing the prospective student experience.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement strategies and operational plans for the annual admissions process.
Review applications and recommend offers based on NBS’s admission criteria and targets.
Organize and oversee the admissions team to ensure efficient decision-making within the admissions timeline.
Compile, analyze, and report admissions data regularly to the Admissions Committee.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to admissions and student administration.
Support outreach activities and initiatives as directed by the Assistant Director, Marketing, Outreach & Admissions.
Conduct industry and candidate behavior data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Oversee the administration of the peer tutoring scheme, including recruitment and payments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel or other data-analytics software.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Ability to review and streamline work processes.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in tertiary institutions.
