Job Scope:

  • Provide customer service and administrative support
  • Act as the main point of contact for external corporate customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide support on daily operations including registration / de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal cases and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests, tracking of refunds, etc
  • Manage incoming phone calls and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with corporate customer accounts
  • Manage and address any corporate customer complaints or issue with product / service
  • Work closely with stakeholders, to ensure the request from corporate customers are managed and delivered on time
  • Generate reports
  • Follow up on bad debt collection from corporate customers
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum a Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service / customer support / order fulfilment / sales support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build and sustain rapport with corporates customer and stakeholders
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Attention to detail in handling documents and data entry
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
