Customer Support Administrator

Working Hours (must be able to work overtime):
Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs
Saturdays(alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs
Job Description:
- Assist Service Advisor in daily operations comprising the followings:
- Responsible for checking of recall campaign for customer's vehicle
- Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive
- Making quotations to customer for service jobs
- Opening Purchase Orders
- Preparing invoices after job completion
- Pickup and delivery arrangements
- Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-but-outstanding-job
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma Holder.
- Excellent interpersonal & customer handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- 2 to 3 years' of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system would be an added advantage.
