Working Hours (must be able to work overtime):

Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs

Saturdays(alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Job Description:

- Assist Service Advisor in daily operations comprising the followings:

  • Responsible for checking of recall campaign for customer's vehicle
  • Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive
  • Making quotations to customer for service jobs
  • Opening Purchase Orders
  • Preparing invoices after job completion
  • Pickup and delivery arrangements
  • Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-but-outstanding-job

- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma Holder.
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer handling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • 2 to 3 years' of Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system would be an added advantage.
