Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Description:
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to the enquiries timely.
- Preparing sales related documentation including quotation, sales order, invoices and etc.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents for export/import shipping clearance.
- Monitor and track orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and coordinate product availability for orders.
- Follow through the progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer information, and generate sales reports for management.
- Ensure smooth communication with shipping and logistics teams to coordinate the timely delivery of products to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With experience in sales support or sales coordinator preferred
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc
- Experience in Microsoft 365 will be an advantage
- Able to work in fast pace environment and cope with stress
