Job Description

The role of an Executive Assistant, Research Secretarial Work is to provide high-level administrative support to the Director and oversee various aspects of research-related activities.

  • Coordinate Scheduling: Manage calendars, process claims, and arrange work-related travel for the Director.
  • Secretarial Support: Provide assistance with meeting coordination, minutes taking, document filing, shared email management, and archiving.
  • Grant and Funding Processes: Manage purchases, verify claims, track expenditures, and maintain financial records.
  • Research Events: Assist in planning and executing research-related events.
  • Data Compilation: Compile reports and data to support research projects and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Sciences or Equivalent: A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Working Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Excel: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
