Administrative Coordinator

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Christian Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance in the operations of the church, serving the congregation with professionalism and care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to various pastoral ministries, language and specialized ministries, church services, events and activities;
- Updating and maintaining data and records, processing applications and following up on requests;
- Managing bookings of the church's facilities and coordinating with other departments to replenish relevant resources.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital working tools such as Zoom and online collaboration platforms. A diploma or degree and at least 3 years of relevant working experience are required. The ability to work on weekends and some weekday evenings is also necessary.
