Job Description

The role of the Assistant Manager at NTU Main Office-HR involves providing administrative support to the School Chair, including scheduling appointments and managing email accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders for timely submission of reports and assisting with general office administration and operation.

Key Competencies and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum degree holder in any related field from a recognized University
  • Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience; prior working experience in tertiary education sector advantageous
  • Communication Skills: Good written and oral communication skills
  • Priorities: Detail-oriented, meticulous, positive attitude, resourceful, self-driven, proactive problem solver, ability to work independently
  • Teamwork: Good organisational and planning skills, team player who works well with various stakeholders
  • Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change
