Job Description

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies

- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team

- Enhance team performance and meet sales objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty across various product lines.

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend customized solutions to meet their needs.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer specifications, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities in both existing and new markets, expanding the customer base and promoting the full range of company products.

- Monitor and manage individual and team sales performance, ensuring that yearly sales targets are consistently met.

- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay updated on new product developments, technologies, and custom solutions for clients.

- Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and sales forecasts to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Perform other duties as assigned or required

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

- A Master's degree or technical qualifications in HVAC or Cleanroom is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.

- Experience in HVAC, Cleanroom is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Cleanroom technology, and their applications across various industries.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in sales

- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
