Job description:

  • Users support L1, L2 and L3 for the whole group (22 offices in the world)
  • Daily collaboration with global IT Team
  • Computers management and setup using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Management of Azure Intra / Office 365 / Microsoft Azure
  • Management of our datacenter including the vritual machines, the databases, Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Create users and IT admin processes
  • Create network and security reports using Microsoft 365
  • Project management on Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • IT Security improvement and monitoring (Microsoft Defender, Sentinelle, Logs Analytics)
  • Management and support of the Mobile phones and tablets

  • Users support on Windows computers
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Motivated, dynamic and passionate
  • Force of proposal to improve the processes and the systems
  • Teamwork with the IT team in the world (Paris, Tunis and Geneva)
