Technical Support Manager

We have partnered with a multinational company to search for a Technical Support Manager dealing with a range of marine electronics. If you have experience dealing with electronics in technical capacity, please apply for the position.
Responsibilities
• To provide active support and assistance to sales and aftersales teams,
• To provide technical support for IT troubleshooting and escalate if necessary,
• Manage all sales processes and fulfillment,
• Liaising with supply chain and purchase team in ensuring products' availability.
• Sales Support through managing sales contracts with new and existing customers, processing requests for quotations received etc.
Requirements:
• Education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience as an Engineer or Technical Sales Support with Electronics, Satellite Communications, Navigation, Radio or similar equipment
