Technical System Support Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical System Support Manager to be a subject matter expert to drive the implementation, support, and optimization of a significant and impactful project

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Assist in the technical planning, design, and execution of the Training Management System (TMS), ensuring it aligns with objectives, as well as technical and cybersecurity standards.
- Support end-to-end technical project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment, in collaboration with the PMO and other stakeholders.
- Develop APIs to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Integrate or migrate functionalities from legacy systems into the new training management system (TMS).
- Ensure a smooth transition from CRM to the new TMS, minimising disruptions to current operations.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring ongoing system maintenance and maintaining the stability and reliability of all related applications/platfprms.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst, with a focus on analysis, design, implementation, and support.
- Experience in CRM platforms (ex. Microsoft Dynamic CRM / Salesforce) and data analysis tools (ex. Power BI / Qlik Sense).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in .Net framework for application development and maintenance, with experience in Oracle databases.
- Prior experience in system integration and migration, as well as API development and integration (RESTful/SOAP) is an added advatange.
- Familiarity with OutSystems, ServiceNow or similar rapid application / low-code development platforms is highly beneficial.
