Technical Support Engineer

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations and Support:
Assisting with ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of our application systems including change, incident, and problem management.
User Support & Communication: Lead a team to provide troubleshooting assistance to end users, ensuring that the issues are resolved timely.
System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor application performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Team Support: Support the Operations and Support Manager in managing a team of support staff, providing guidance and training.
Documentation: Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analyzing monthly reports related to operational performance and needs.
Requirements:
•Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•Able to work independently with initiative.
•Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
•Good written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
•Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Words, Excel, and Outlook).
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internships or project experience is a plus.
•Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and application lifecycle management is a plus.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms, server infrastructure, and databases related to application hosting is a plus.
