Requirement

  • Stay updated on market trends and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal creation for water treatment projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
  • Offer technical expertise in water treatment system design, analysis, and optimization, ensuring industry compliance.
  • Identify cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining quality.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in water treatment.
  • Coordinate with departments (e.g., Process, Mechanical/Electrical, QC) to gather technical responses for client bid clarifications.
  • Manage proposal timelines and resources to ensure successful submission.
  • Edit and review proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
  • Review cost estimates for accuracy, ensuring expected profit margins.
  • Organize progress meetings and provide outcome reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Guide proposal engineers with technical advice and professional development support.

Requirement

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
  • Min 9 years of experiences within the environmental engineering, oil and gas or water treatment industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in process design and proposal management within the water treatment or Oil and Gas
  • Deep knowledge or experience in onshore/offshore water treatment, process engineering principles from oil and gas industry
