Job Description:

As the Sales Maestro for South Africa, you'll be the right-hand man in charge of our lead generation ship in these regions. We need someone who not only gets these markets but has a sales track record that speaks louder than a rock concert.

  • A market maven who crafts sales relationships with direct customers and advertising/media agencies. Get ready to unleash your creativity and whip up business presentations that leave everyone in awe
  • A true hunter mindset who thrives on connecting with people, a prospecting pro who can cold-call like it's nobody's business. You live for bringing in new business. Generate leads independently from scratch and thrive on turning prospects into partners.
  • A sales virtuoso with killer communication and negotiation skills. You close deals, manage expectations, and solve problems like a superhero. You're the architect of country plans that scream sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience cruising through South Africa and embracing its dynamic market landscape.
  • A rock-solid background in sales and business development, with a history of hitting targets out of the park.
  • Leadership skills that could rival a rock band manager. Team building and development are your jam.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute plans like a chess grandmaster.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that could charm the socks off anyone.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities are sharper than a ninja's sword.
  • Bonus points if you've rocked the lead generation or digital marketing scene.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for the role, ensuring hands-on engagement with clients and markets.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field – because we like our team educated and ready to rock
