Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Central, Singapore (Near MRT)
Salary: Up to $2,800/month
Job Type: Contract (3-6 months)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily operations on a short-term contract basis. The role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling tasks as assigned
- Assist with updating and maintaining spreadsheets and records
- Support office operations with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Immediate availability preferred
