Responsibilities:
- Provideadministrative support to General Administration department whichmay include data entry work, filing, submitting invoices forpayment, and etc
- Performs reception supportwhen needed which may include answering and screening incomingphone call and forwarding to the relevant department, greeting andassisting visitors, support incoming and outgoing mail andpackages, coordinate meeting room bookings and etc
- Support phone system and ordering of name cards for bothhardcopy and digital.
- Liaise with M1 for newline request / contract renewal for project/corporate
- Arrangement of bus transportation / meal for staff whennecessary
- Newspaper subscription and billingsubmission for payment
- Assist in travel /hotel arrangements / restaurant booking and other admintasks
- Assist in the office and cafeteriasupply inventory and equipment servicing schedule such asphotocopier, water dispenser and etc, to ensure an efficient andwell-organized office environment
- Maintenanceof Meeting room, Cafeteria, Reception and Daikin officepremises
- Assist in setting up decoration foroffice during festive seasons such as cny, christmas and etc
- Perform any other duties or projects asassigned by superior
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- At least 2years' experience as a receptionist or office admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Possess positive attitudeand good communication skills, both written and spoken to interfacewith all levels of people internally and externally
- Able to commence work immediately or within shortnotice.
