Contract Renewal Specialist (TEMP)

About the Job

This is a 6-month contract position as a Temp Admin Assistant, providing administrative support to clients in the pharmaceutical and logistics industry. The role involves sourcing tender opportunities, managing submissions, and handling post-tender queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing tender/quotation opportunities and managing submission for clients.
  • Reviewing tender documents/award letters and handling all post-tender queries/correspondence.
  • Managing the filing for all tender/quotation documents.
  • Maintaining tender/quotation and extension of contract in tender tracking system.
  • Providing updates to clients/customers.
  • Performing accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system.
  • Handling all enquiries/complaints/feedback from customer/clients.
  • Ensuring compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures and processes.

Requirements:

No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.

Benefits:

Up to $2,000 per month salary, Monday to Friday office hours, 6-month contract duration, and comprehensive training provided.
