Customer Service Agent


Job Responsibilities:

  • play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers
  • main role involves checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process
  • assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
  • responsible for buffet table presentations
  • handle meet/greet services at the reception area
  • perform basic computerized transactions.


Customer Service Officer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations
  • making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction
  • Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities
  • assist
  • the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities


Compensation:

  • sign-up bonus of $5000
  • annual wage supplement (AWS)
  • allowances*
  • overtime
  • transport will be provided for working beyond midnight.
