Roles and Responsibilities
Role 2:
Requirement for the SD Agents as follow:
· Min 2 yrs of SD agent working experience
· Good Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting skillsets
· Excellence customer handling skills
· Excellence communication skills
· Need to perform rotating shift
· Operating hr: 7.30am to 9pm (rotating shift)
· Inclusive of Mon – Fri, weekends and public holidays
· Security Clearance required
· Singaporean
· onboarding after candidates are security cleared
-
5 workdays per week (2 off day can be on weekday)
-based on 44hrs per week
-not 12 hrs rotating shift
