  • 2 years of working experience in service desk, helpdesk or any IT support with some networking.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity remotely. (Level 1 support)
  • Incident management in logging, tracking and escalating incidents in ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Work in data centre routine and follow security procedures
  • Good to have Certification in ITIL
  • Good to have cloud technologies experience
  • Working in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24x7 coverage
