IT Service Desk Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and resourceful IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at NCS.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess a strong understanding of technology administration.
The IT Service Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-call resolution technical support to customers, ensuring that software, licenses, and operations comply with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone and email.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting on reported incidents and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is recorded and maintained.
- Manage customer expectations and notify the team lead of unusual call surges.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on incident resolution.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technology administration, with some network knowledge an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Independent, result-oriented individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
