Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Call Centre Agent to join our team in Clarke Quay / Novena location. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits, compiling data accurately into the system, and establishing relationships with respondents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data from corporate companies/establishments.
- Compile, record, and input survey returns and data accurately into the system.
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain relationships with respondents throughout the project period.
- Meet given KPIs based on the project timeline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative & customer service roles.
- Prior experience in call center environments is beneficial.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments and achieve assigned targets/KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD $3,000 per month, working 5 days a week (office hours), and opportunities for professional growth and development.
