Position: Administrative Executive
Location: Six Avenue, Singapore
Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Company:
Our client is a reputable financial services firm seeking a competent Administrative Executive to support their expanding operations. This role involves working closely with the management team and playing a key part in ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing documents, and generating reports.
  • Act as a communication liaison between different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and assist in coordinating corporate events.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping in compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
