Intern – Personal Assistant to CEO

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to anticipate needs, follow up on commitments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Support CEO on daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks which includes managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Drafts reports, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with working partners.
  • Assist in designing applications, preparing development documents, writing and testing code for new software applications under the guidance of senior developers and data security policies.
  • Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, providing solutions, answers, and resources where needed.
  • Provide support for special projects (e.g. development of an automated workflow system) in a timely manner with results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Digitalization and Automation, or industry-relevant equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
