Roles & Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and cases related to the rewards redemption process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for users.
  • Plan, design, and execute targeted campaigns for the Rewards program aimed at increasing customer engagement and participation.
  • Conduct thorough sanity checks on integrations programme to ensure smooth functionality and oversee technology cutovers to minimize disruptions during system updates.
  • Create and manage comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards, tracking essential program metrics such as redemption rates, customer participation, and overall program returns
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in administration, operations, reporting processes, and quality control measures.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
