Get to know therole
We are looking for a dynamicand experienced product leader to own and drive the strategy andproduct roadmap for Consumer Loyalty. You will be reporting to Headof Product, Consumer Experience.
This role willbe onsite and based inSingapore.
The Critical Tasks YouWill Perform
- Lead ateam of product managers focussed on your area ofresponsibility.
- Define a winning strategy androadmap for your area of responsibility by distilling input fromvarious internal and external stakeholders and guide long-termproduct innovations for Grab's future success.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to work on yourroadmap by providing guidance including prioritisation andtradeoffs to a large group of engineers, designers and distributedoperations team.
- Define success criteria andtracking metrics that measure the impact of your work againstagreed goals.
- Be a team player, live ourvalues and contribute to broader objectives of Grab to achieve ourmission to create economic empowerment for the people of SoutheastAsia.
- At least 10 years experience in Product Management inroles with a focus on consumer engagement and loyalty in the techindustry.
- Experience in operate a complex andambiguous environment, constructing clear strategies and roadmapssupported by analysis and data from loosely defined priorities andgoals.
- Expertise in creating and managingproducts through full software product lifecycle includingemployment of design thinking in synthesizing requirements,inclusion of customer centricity into every stage of product lifecycle, leading by influence of a large, culturally diverse anddistributed team, data driven decision making across the productlifecycle and demonstrated success in managing products fromconcept to retirement.
- Demonstrated grasp offinancial concepts to plan resource allocations and ongoingtracking against business objectives
- Degree incomputer science, software engineering, information technology,business finance, economics or related field.
- concepts and strategies to all levels from executiveleadership to engineering and operations.
- Demonstrated leadership of a team including goal setting,personal development and coaching and inspiring forimpact.
