Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Customer Loyalty Email & SMS Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through targeted and personalized email and SMS campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, and a strong background in CRM, automation, and data analytics.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
✅ Design and optimize automated workflows and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
✅ Analyze campaign performance and A/B test strategies and report on key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
✅ Segment and personalize messaging based on customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences.
✅ Collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and branding across channels.
✅ Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance EHPlabs' loyalty and retention strategies.
✅ Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot), and A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-driven messaging.
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or health & fitness industries is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
