Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time Guest Service Officer to join our Hotel.


Job Description

  1. Performing Check-in or Check-out for hotel guests.
  2. Register guests collecting necessary information (e.g. contact details and exact dates of their stay).
  3. Handling of cash transactions.
  4. Performing credit card transactions.
  5. Performs any other job tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Knowledge of basic computer skills.
  2. Customer service attitude.
  3. Requires to perform shift work, including weekend and public holiday.
  4. Team player
