Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead rationalization of Sales Channel Partner and reseller roles
- collaborate with the divisional sales leadership and trade compliance team to establish regional strategic priorities
- reviewing adherence to compliance and other defined partners expectations, vetting new partners, and providing sustaining partners oversight.
- Assume leadership role in vetting new Sales Channel Partners and onboarding process within emerging markets
- Conduct root cause analysis for any deficiencies associated with partners and drive corrective actions to address areas of non-compliance
- Collaborate with the divisional sales team to develop a strong alignment with the sales leadership on partner objectives and oversight
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Channel Development role.
- Exposure with China Market / Channel Partners
