The Opportunity
The Client Solutions Senior Manager will report into the Head of Client Solutions and is responsible for developing account specific capabilities alongside the client facing agency teams.
- Develop client solutions spanning data, media and technology that directly address the strategic direction or identified business problems
- Act as an ambassador internally within IPG Mediabrands to represent the best interests of all business units to effectively provide client solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with key media and technology vendors to ensure agency clients are exposed to latest innovations and opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the strategic positioning of both UM (Full Colour) and Initiative (Fame & Flow) to understand how KINESSO’s digital capabilities can be leveraged most effectively
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Embed into key client accounts to understand current approach and identify opportunities to extend this
Ideally
- Experience working in an agency or vendor side with exposure to platform based buying
- Technical experience across biddable media spanning technology platforms, data and inventory
- Specifically preferred if any experience across data partners, programmatic DSP, SSP or marketing technology platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts into language that can be understood by non-technical internal and external stakeholders to democratize digital capabilities
- Strong excel skills, data visualisation, charting and analysis.
- Confident communicator – this role will be responsible for presenting concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders as well as new business opportunities
- Ability to influence – this role will be responsible for crafting point of views and generating new ideas therefore we need someone who can
- Proficient in development of professional PPT slides
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues with an ability to simplify the complicated and over communicate details with confidence
