Job Description
Within the dynamic landscape of Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn stands out as a highly reliable platform where members invest their time engaging in meaningful conversations, cultivating professional relationships, and conducting business transactions. As part of our Marketing Solutions business, we are seeking a Lead Client Solutions Manager who will play a pivotal role in enabling businesses to effectively connect with, engage, and convert their target audience on a large scale.
LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions (LMS) division envisions facilitating economic growth for organizations worldwide by empowering marketers to effectively engage and convert their audiences on a broad scale. Through innovative formats such as sponsored content in various mediums and personalized messages delivered within the platform, LinkedIn is reshaping B2B and high-consideration B2C marketing strategies.
As a Lead Client Solutions Manager within the Global Accounts team, you will oversee key strategic accounts of LMS. Your responsibility will involve establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding and fulfilling client objectives, and serving as a trusted consultant and advisor. Collaboration with your Account Director and other teams is essential to propel customer growth. This entails identifying trends, educating clients on our capabilities at scale, troubleshooting issues, offering ongoing marketing strategy guidance, and identifying areas for enhancing client revenue growth. Sharing insights and best practices with other regions is crucial for driving platform performance. Furthermore, you will advocate for customer needs internally, addressing product issues that impact the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Establish solid relationships with APAC regional clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to offer customized solutions based on clients' needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director to comprehend the full potential of clients' marketing campaigns, providing innovative recommendations on utilizing the LinkedIn platform and demonstrating ROI through campaign insights.
- Proactively analyze and optimize clients' advertising and marketing initiatives, offering strategic recommendations to enhance performance.
- Proactively communicate and explain new product features.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth within the client portfolio.
- Provide guidance on all aspects of clients' media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Advise on creative and content quality, leveraging marketing expertise to optimize performance and delivery.
- Support clients' communication and continuous education, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and addressing educational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, and technical support to ensure customer success.
Engage and cooperate across the global account network and with cross-functional partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- More than 8 years of experience in client-facing roles involving management of global/regional internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization, such as Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, or ad exchange/trading desks
- Understanding of the digital media industry
- Demonstrated success in a results-oriented environment
- Experience leveraging insights for commercial success through upselling and pitching
- Managing diverse advertising budgets and campaigns
- Ability to interpret analytics and present them as actionable insights in a client-facing environment
- Experience driving results and collaborating with senior stakeholders, establishing relationships across various client levels
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and deadline adherence with minimal supervision
- Independent work ethic coupled with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
