Job Scope

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to support our Client Solutions team. The role requires a lot of adhoc problem solving and comes with a lot of autonomy. You are responsible for project managing new client onboarding endtoend, as well as solutioning for existing relationships. This is an active role that will require you to find outofthebox and creative solutions for new problems. The success of this role is directly correlated to the success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and manage all aspects of client integration (onboarding and activation).
  • Formalize and drive project plan in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Lead clientspecific technical solutioning exercises (champion client requests in SDLC).
  • Lead clientoperational integration exercises (streamline backoffice and middleoffice processes where automation is not possible).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and deliver the project in a professional and timely manner.
  • Initiate initial platform account opening and clientspecific configuration.
  • Support presales from a technical aspect (join client conversations, do demos, etc).

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience. Able to interact and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of technology, ideally in the digital space
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry
  • Passion for delivering highquality tech and nontech solutions to solve business problems
  • Project management certificate would be a plus
  • Previous experience with fintech or crypto
