- Cold Outreach: Oversee Database Farming, Manage Email Marketing Campaigns
- Warm Outreach: Past Trainees Upsell, Past Leads Re-engagement
- Respond to inbound enquiries.
- Advise suitable offers.
- Articulate course structure, benefits, certification.
- Provide sales materials.
- Sales follow-ups, handle objections, clarify doubts.
- Confirm sign-ups, ensure timely quotation, invoice, payment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Direct Sales Channels: Email, WhatsApp, Phone Calls
- Pre-Course Preparations: Classroom Booking, Course Material, Equipment, Logistics.
- Post-Course Documentations: Certification Processing, After-Sales Support.

TASKSLead GenerationIdentify Prospective Industries:
- Research, compile database of industries applicable to thermography (Facility Management, M&E Maintenance, Building Services, Fire Safety, etc).
- Identify key decision-makers (C-Suites, Maintenance Engineers, FSMs, Project Managers, Reliability Engineers, etc).
- Maintain list of high-priority contacts for outreach.
Cold Outreach:
- Oversee database management to ensure updated industry contacts.
- Execute targeted Email Marketing Campaigns for different industry sectors.
Warm Outreach:
- Past Trainees (Upsell):Follow up with past trainees to introduce progressional training programs.
Offer incentives or bundle pricing for group enrolments. - Past Leads (Re-engagement):Reconnect with prospects who previously showed interest but didn't enrol.
Address past objections with updated course offerings or new benefits.
Highlight industry changes or regulations requiring certified thermographers.
Organic Content:
- Post LinkedIn Event
- Post Google Events
Inbound Enquiries:
- Respond promptly via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Address queries regarding course details, schedules, location.
Consultative Selling:
- Identify prospect's needs, recommend the best course option.
- Highlight relevant regulatory compliance, course highlights, certification benefits.
- Provide links, media, course brochures, FAQs, testimonials, case studies, guarantees, bonuses.
Follow-Ups & Objection Handling:
- Proactively follow up with hesitant leads to address & clarify cost, certification validity, accreditations concerns.
Sign-Up Confirmation & Payment Processing:
- Generate Official Quotations.
- Guide prospects through registration form.
- Issue invoices, ensure timely payment for seat confirmation.
CRM Management & Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and payment statuses.
- Track, report conversion rates for future optimisations.
Pre-Course Preparations:
- Secure venue and arrange seating based on student count.
- Confirm training location details and accessibility.
- Prepare training manuals, assessment sheets, certifications, equipment, infrared cameras.
- Ensure all calibration tools and demo units are functional.
Post-Course Documentations:
- Validate trainee attendance and performance before issuing certificates.
- Prepare & dispatch physical credentials to trainees.
- Broadcast congratulatory email with digital credentials, upsell offers.
After-Sales Support:
- Address queries regarding credentials.
- Manage monthly newsletters for alumni engagement.
