Compensation and benefits Manager/Analyst

Key Responsibilities
This role is pivotal in overseeing global compensation and benefits initiatives, optimizing HR systems performance, conducting analytics, and refining associated processes within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.
Total Rewards
- Develop, execute, and coordinate the Company’s Total Rewards strategy in alignment with internal stakeholders and shareholders.
- Spearhead the global annual compensation cycle, including the Incentive Compensation Plan and other compensation schemes.
- Formulate and implement global or localized Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Oversee Total Rewards cost projection, budgeting, and analysis, fostering close collaboration with the finance team.
- Conduct thorough reviews of third-party payroll vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Continuously evaluate and propose enhancements to total rewards plan design and system functionality.
HRIS:
- Lead the development of advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Take ownership of system implementations, encompassing testing plans, documentation, and resolution of system and integration issues.
- Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and system optimizations to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all employee data within the HRIS.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS implementation within multinational corporations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, coupled with a strong grasp of HRIS systems, including configuration and integration capabilities. • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and relevant legislation. • Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and presenting HR metrics effectively. • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated analytical mindset and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering discipline is required.
