Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in overseeing global compensation and benefits initiatives, optimizing HR systems performance, conducting analytics, and refining associated processes within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.

Total Rewards

  1. Develop, execute, and coordinate the Company’s Total Rewards strategy in alignment with internal stakeholders and shareholders.
  2. Spearhead the global annual compensation cycle, including the Incentive Compensation Plan and other compensation schemes.
  3. Formulate and implement global or localized Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  4. Oversee Total Rewards cost projection, budgeting, and analysis, fostering close collaboration with the finance team.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of third-party payroll vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  6. Continuously evaluate and propose enhancements to total rewards plan design and system functionality.

HRIS:

  1. Lead the development of advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  2. Take ownership of system implementations, encompassing testing plans, documentation, and resolution of system and integration issues.
  3. Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and system optimizations to drive operational efficiency.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all employee data within the HRIS.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS implementation within multinational corporations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, coupled with a strong grasp of HRIS systems, including configuration and integration capabilities. • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and relevant legislation. • Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and presenting HR metrics effectively. • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated analytical mindset and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering discipline is required.
