Executive / Assistant Manager - Administration - AL (West)

• To provide assistance and Administrative support to General Manager and HR Team.
• Administrative jobs inclusive of application and renewal of various licenses for BCA / SDCF / SFA / SBF / SLA / RACAR / PSA / CAG – Airport Pass / Jurong Island Pass / etc.
• Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 14001:2018; ISO13485:2016; Bizsafe Star, ZGST, STP & etc; including Audit preparation for both Internal & External audits.
• Assist HR in Recruitment process.
• Maintenance of IT systems, server room & license eg. Creating of e-mails for new Users and liaising with IT Vendor - TOPPAN.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Familiarisation of IT related software / hardware; ISO internal Auditor Certification & HR function
• Well versed in Risk Assessment Requirements
• Well versed in ISO related matters.
• Computer literate : MS Words, Power Point and Excel
• Willing to travel to other Warehouse sites including Air Cargo Complex
