Customer Service Executive

Ashford Dental is accepting application for a Customer Service Executive role. Job scope is as follows:
- Liaising with patients in person and over online platforms
- Understanding and explaining treatments to patients
- financial counselling and treatment coordination
- registering and discharging patients in the clinic facility
We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking to join our dynamic and experienced team.
Application do not have to have experience in the dental field. But they do have to have customer service experience.
Please note the position is a rotating shift position and is not office hours. You will be required to work 1 weekend day and at least 1 evening shift (until 9pm) throughout the week. Rosters are done weekly.
