Job Description

We are a fintech financial institution specialising in currency trade and money transfers and is looking for a highly dynamic Operations Executive (Corporate Services) to join our transactional team.

Do you have a knack for operational work and processes? Yearning for a regular, consistent role and yet will not back off when exceptions to the norm hits? To us, operations does not mean just repetitive work. While ensuring that we abide by the regulatory framework that governs our industry, we continue to push the envelope by innovating and optimising our processes to achieve a competitive edge.

If you are someone who is comfortable with numbers and takes an occasional challenge in the daily grind by its horn, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer’s business function including currency exchange, monitoring of FX rates, capital and balances.
  • Monitor and assist in customer’s account opening / administration.
  • Monitor and execute trade facilities based on customers' instructions.
  • Liaise with customers for operational issues and documentation collection.
  • Generate and manage leads. In charge of following up with leads, confirming sales appointments and finding leads. Most of this work through phone contact with potential customers, timely communication is important.
  • Assist in manage the overall business support strategy and tactical execution to ensure all end-to-end operations are continuously successful.
  • Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements and develop a system through which the company can best leverage feedback from customers that we serve through our support channels to improve services.
  • Provide administrative support. include preparing sales reports, marketing materials and written communication.

Requirements:

  • University degree in the field of accounting & finance, business administration, or other related disciplines. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Good knowledge of financial services industry will be a strong plus.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin languages to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage a variety of personalities and build strong rapport.
