Job Description


Lead and oversee overall restaurant operations, including but not limited to:

  • Staff coordination (duty roster, leave records)
  • Ordering, planning, forecasting of stocks
  • Ensuring quality and timely food preparation & customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeeping and maintenance of the premise
  • Raise concerns and feedback on Improvement to the Top management
  • Ensuring compliance to food safety standards and other legal requirements

Working Hours, Salary, leave & benefits

  • 8 Hours/day
  • 6 days/week
  • $2,500 - $3,500(Negotiable)
  • 7 days Annual Leave & 14 days Medical Leave
  • 2 Meals will be provided on working days

Requirements

  • Has similar experience in related role(manager, supervisor)
  • Experience in F&B will be a plus
  • Food Safety Level 1
  • Able to speak English and Chinese(To communicate with Chinese speaking counterpart)
