Regional Pre-sales Manager

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Who We Are Looking For:
You will be supporting sales activities by providing technical solutions and proposals through analysing customer requirements. You will work in partnership with our sales and technical support resources to ensure that our Display Management Solution can meet customer requirements. You will also help to advocate our company's solutions to our regional partners, end user customers, system integrators as well as industry consultants to enhance their awareness and knowledge of the company's USP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver solution demonstrations and proof of concepts to regional partners and customers.
- Assess customer requirements and align solutions with best practices.
- Manage and respond to RFI/RFP bidding processes.
- Collaborate with sales and partners to ensure project success.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at events and trade shows as a solutions evangelist.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to partners and customers.
- Position the company's unique product offerings across various industries.
- Identify new business opportunities by addressing solution gaps.
Performance Measures:
- Achieve team quotas and growth targets in the assigned region.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen partner relationships.
- Complete required training within deadlines.
- Enhance brand awareness through training, coaching, and communication.
- Work with technical support teams to provide hands-on training.
- Stay updated by attending workshops, networking, and industry benchmarking.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in IT/AV industry in a presales or technical role.
- Knowledge of IT networking, Display Management Solutions, TCP/IP switching, and digital signal routing.
- Experience in command-and-control room environments and long sales-cycle projects.
- Familiarity with project tender submissions is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
- Sales & technology affinity with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
