Pre-sales Manager

Job Description
- Support Sales and Proposal teams to analyze tender documents to understand customer requirements and devise bid strategies not limited to:
- Create comprehensive and competitive proposal including network architecture
- Identify and address potential bid risks both in Commercial and Technical
- Customize and optimize solution for the customers ensuring it addresses customers' pain points and specific needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers i.e. End-Users, Consultants and Main Contractors.
- Influence tender requests to include our solutions and services.
- Understand market trends, customer's requirements, challenges and goals, and competitive landscape to better position the solutions and services, and bidding strategies.
- Create collaborative content and campaign strategies such as workshop, Proof-of-Concept, training, solution demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions etc.
- Post campaign follow up with prospects / customers to address queries and concerns so as to move the deals forward.
- Develop Network Topology and Functional Design Specification, and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ensure lessons learned and bid feedback are captured and implemented for future bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Networking & Cyber security ( IT / Cloud/ IOT networking & Video analytics solution)
- Familiar with PLC/DCS/HMI and process automation in general
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
