Technology Pre-Sales Specialist

Time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am–6 pm
Location: MacPherson (500m walking distance to office)
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design
tailored solutions.
• Develop and present technical proposals, including solution architectures,
implementation plans, and cost estimates.
Technical Expertise:
• Provide in-depth technical support and consultancy to customers during the
pre-sales phase.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical
workshops.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products relevant to the
company's offerings.
Client Engagement:
• Primary technical point of contact for the Sales Team
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision
makers.
• Address technical queries and objections effectively to advance the sales
process.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales, product management, and engineering teams to
align on product capabilities and roadmap.
• Provide feedback to product management and engineering based on client
interactions and market trends.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including
diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, partners, and internal
teams.
Training and Enablement:
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams to improve their technical
understanding and sales effectiveness
Requirements:
Education:
• Certification in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably
with a focus on system integration.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, and enterprise IT
infrastructure.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, such as cloud computing,
virtualization, security, and data management.
• Proficiency in solution design tools and methodologies.
Certifications:
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix
AWS) are highly desirable.
