Solutioning & Pre-Sales Lead – Enterprise Sector

About the Role:
As a Solutioning & Pre-Sales Lead, you will drive business growth in the Enterprise Sector across ASEAN. You will collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop winning solutions, and support client engagements. The role involves working with internal stakeholders (Industry COEs, Technology Practices, Sales, Finance, and Delivery) to create compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in the company's application business and broader IT capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Engage with enterprise clients and industry forums to showcase offerings.
- Partner with internal teams to drive strategic sales and account planning.
- Lead competitive strategy development and pre-sales activities.
- Take ownership of large deals and ensure a strong client value proposition.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and contribute to best practices.
Requirements:
- 15+ years in business consulting, application implementation, and solutioning.
- 10+ years in solutioning/pre-sales for large public sector or enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of market opportunities and enterprise client needs in ASEAN.
- Expertise in enterprise applications, solution architecture, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic sales initiatives.
